Step 3 – Keep doing it and don’t lose momentum

Hey there, I’m actually telling you this because I feel like I’m starting to lose momentum and by writing this step 3 I actually feel recovered. I also did my exercise routine, legs, and abs today and it was so nice to keep ongoing.

The hardest part of all this journey is to keep doing the routine, not lose my initial energy and even though there is no visible result yet, there will be if I keep doing my exercises, if I keep writing, I will have content that is key for attracting you and many other visitors to this website and honestly, because I told you I was going to share tips with this, those visits can be translated into lead and potential customers of mine.

Today, my husband was helping me with my exercises and he was just watching me and he stopped me and asked me to do the exercises right. He notices I was not forcing myself enough to the edge and he said: if you keep doing your exercises like that you’ll not achieve what you want. You have to work hard, you have to push yourself to the limit. Those words I can still hear them… so I’m also telling the same, push yourself to the limit and find somebody to share your journey that can tell you that kind of things without feeling offended.
