Today (July 28th, 2019) I started my transformation, not only on my body and pocket but in my mind. That’s the hard part, to be determinate and start doing something. Writing, exercising, reading, investigating, etc. That’s the hard part my friends.
Why? Because we live confortable how we live… It doesn’t matter if is not the way we want to live but there is no effort whatsoever. Is just waking up, get dressed, have breakfast, drive to work, work 8 hours, go back home, have dinner and go to bed. Is easy, there is no effort for the mind and the body. The habits are already learnt and the body/mind does everything in autopilot. But then you start thinking different, some uncomfortable feeling invades your mind because you are getting older, you start thinking that life could be better but it takes you years to start changing the way you live and sometimes, most of the times, you’ll never make that change.
Determination comes with a feeling, and when you start feeling different your world starts feeling different about you and magical things happen.
But it all has to be accompanied by action, determination without action is insane. It will take you nowhere.
To put my action plan, I started with this list:
- Start creating my website
- Start buying equipment for exercise
- Start reading and watching videos on making money online (I suggest you follow Tai Lopez courses. Specially the CashFlow program)
- Define my exercise plan (to be honest this is hard, but my husband is helping me, because I have no clue about routines and so on)
- Realize that I need social media (I closed my Facebook but I reopened to be able to share my progress)
Is already time to go to bed and my body is aching, I can feel my abs hurting and it feels so good. I have to tell you one thing, I’m not overweight, I have an average body type and weight and all my life I have had good diet and good habits. For me my transformation is not going from overweight to fitness but going from average to fitness.
As part of my routine also started hiking around my house and I made a very nice picture of my husband and our dog “Luna”. We went for a 1 hour hike, using a 12k vest. It was hard but when you remove the vest you so good and your chest feels open. You are indeed lighter and therefore good.


Okay friends, I’m really excited to share more pictures and things you can also do to change your body. This is only day 1. I will post a picture as of today July 28th to have a reference picture of how my body is at the moment.
